Ingredients
4 oz chevre
1 Tbls fresh lemon juice
2 Tbls chopped fresh chives
Few shakes of salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
4 slices pumpernickel bread
1 small - thinly sliced cucumber
Directions
Using a fork, cream cheese with chives, lemon juice salt and pepper (add your favorite herb mixture too if you want). Spread mixture on 2 slices of bred. Top with cucumber slices and then remaining bread
